Each Field to Vase Bucket includes 50–60 stems of fresh, farm-grown flowers, thoughtfully curated from what's blooming that week. Expect a beautiful mix of focal flowers, filler blooms & textural accents — everything you need to create your own garden-inspired arrangements. Notice: Please order at least 4 weeks in advance of your event date. Feel free to send us an email to check availability!
If you are ordering for an event, we recommend picking up the evening before or the morning of and keeping your flowers in a cool location.
In our experience one mixed bucket will fill out
5-7 quart sized mason jar arrangements (small mouth)
1 large wedding Bouquet
3 posey bouquets
15-20 bud vase arrangements
Order Limit: No more than 3 buckets are allowed per order
Color Palette Requests: You’re welcome to request a color palette, and we’ll do our best to match it based on what’s blooming. Specific flower varieties cannot be guaranteed — Mother Nature leads the show!
Pickup Info: Buckets must be picked up during your selected pickup window. Missed pickups are donated and are non-refundable (because, trust us, flowers wait for no one). You will have the option to let us know your preferred pick up time when adding to your cart. Pick up days/times are as follows:
Sunday - Thursday: 10am - 4pm
Friday/Saturday: 4pm - 7pm (we can’t have pick ups when our flower stand is open, to avoid any confusion
DIY Only: Buckets are available as loose stems for you to arrange — no finished bouquets or vase arrangements included

Tuesday – Friday: Deliveries after 5:00 PM
Monday, Saturday, or Sunday: Deliveries between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (when available)
Delivery Must Be Scheduled in Advance:
You can select delivery when you checkout, which will add the $50 fee.Someone Must Be Available to Receive Your Flowers:
If no one is home, we’ll leave your bucket in a safe spot if weather permits. Once delivered, we’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged blooms.Not Available?

Can I pick exactly what flowers go into my bucket?
In short: Mother Nature is the boss. 🌱
While you’re welcome to request a general color palette, we can't guarantee specific flowers or varieties. We harvest the best of what’s blooming to create a beautiful, seasonal mix for you.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Please order at least 4 weeks ahead of your event date. This gives us time to plan and pamper your blooms so they’re at their peak for your big day.
When and where do I pick up my bucket?
You'll pick up your order at Poppy, our flower stand in Hillsboro. We’ll confirm your exact pickup date and time when you place your order. Buckets will be placed in our stand during the one hour time frame you choose, and the stand is self serve. Please bring something to secure your buckets in your car - they can tip over when making turns. All buckets will have fresh water and flower hydrating fluid.
Important: Buckets must be picked up during your scheduled window. Flowers left behind will be donated and are non-refundable (because sad flowers make us sad too).
What happens if I miss my pickup?
If you miss your pickup, your flowers will be donated to a good cause (and hopefully still make someone’s day!).
We aren't able to reschedule pickups, offer refunds, or hold buckets past your pickup window.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, no.
Field to Vase Buckets are non-refundable once purchased — we plan your flowers specifically for you! However, if you contact us at least 2 weeks before your original pickup/delivery date, we can reschedule for a later available date (subject to availability).
Are these ready-to-go bouquets or arrangements?
Nope! DIY Buckets are loose stems — they come just as nature intended, so you (or your bestie, or your aunt with the crafty streak) can arrange them however you like. Think of it as a flower bar... but cooler.
