FIELD TO VASE Terms of Service
By purchasing a Field to Vase Bucket from Phlora Flower Farm, you agree to the following:
1. Pickup or Delivery
Buckets can be picked up at our flower stand ("Poppy") during your scheduled pickup window.
Delivery is available within 10 miles of Hillsboro 97124 for a $50 delivery fee.
Delivery Times:
Tuesday – Friday: After 5:00 PM
Monday, Saturday, or Sunday: Between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (subject to availability)
Delivery slots are limited and must be confirmed in advance.
If delivery is not available for your preferred time/date, pickup will be required.
2. Missed Pickups or Deliveries
For pickups: If you miss your pickup window, your flowers will be donated.
For deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery, flowers will be left at the provided delivery location (weather permitting) and are considered delivered. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or weather-damaged flowers once dropped off.
3. No Refunds or Exchanges
Once purchased, Field to Vase Buckets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even in cases of schedule changes, weather, or personal emergencies.
However, if you contact us at least 2 weeks before your original pickup/delivery date, we can reschedule for a later available date (subject to availability).
No changes are allowed within 2 weeks of your scheduled pickup or delivery date.
4. Flower Variety and Color
Specific flower varieties and colors cannot be guaranteed.
We will do our best to honor general color palette requests, but selections are based on seasonal availability and peak bloom quality.
5. DIY Arranging
Field to Vase Buckets are loose stems only.
No pre-arranged bouquets, vase arrangements, or design services are included.
6. Flower Care Responsibility
Once picked up or delivered, flowers are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend keeping flowers cool, giving stems a fresh cut, and placing them in clean water as soon as possible.
7. Order Changes
All orders are final once placed.
Aside from the one-time date reschedule (with 2 weeks’ notice), no changes to quantity, customization, pickup location, or delivery preferences are permitted after purchase.
8. Liability Waiver
Phlora Flower Farm is not responsible for how flowers are stored, handled, or arranged after pickup or delivery.
We are not liable for any allergic reactions or injuries related to flower use or handling.
