Frequently Asked Questions
When will subscriptions be available for purchase?
Subscriptions will be available in the ONLINE SHOP for presale starting November 1st through November November 8th. After that, we close them for the season until 2026. Our spring share will only be available during our presale.
How is this different than your flower stand bouquets?  
Our flower club members are guaranteed flowers throughout their season. They are our priority and get the best blooms each week. Plus, your bouquets are larger than our mixed bouquets at the stand. Not to mention the perks of being a member!
How do I give the subscription as a gift?
There is an option to select a membership as a gift when you checkout. We do need the recipients name and email address, but don’t worry - we won’t email them until we know they have received their gift.
What if I can't pick up the bouquet each week? Or receive my delivery?
I will have a "sign in" sheet for pickups, but you are welcome to send anyone to grab your bouquet each week. If you will be out of town, feel free to share that week's bouquet with a friend and have them pick it up. Bouquets can not be held past the pickup day and will then be donated. I will send a weekly text reminder. If you purchase delivery, please note the dates we deliver when you place your order so you know whether you will be out of town or not. If you are unable to have your bouquet delivered one of those days, let us know ahead of time and we can try and work something out. If you plan to be out of town more than 2 of the delivery dates, then we recommend not ordering that seasonal club share. If something comes up unexpectedly and you are unable to receive your delivery, reach out to us ASAP so we can work something out.
When will pickups and deliveries be?
Pickups will be on Tuesdays, and deliveries are on Mondays. Specific details about pickups and deliveries will be sent by email prior to the start of the subscription. Reminder text messages will be sent each week.
How do I know when the subscription begins?
Our season is dictated by Mother Nature. The start of the spring shares will depend on the progress of the spring flowers, but generally starts mid April. Monthly shares will be 4 months - May, August, Sept, Oct and will be picked up the first Wednesday of that month. Fall will begin September 7th. All of these start dates will be communicated to members by email before the start date.
Can local businesses sign up for the Flower Club?
We love including local businesses in our subscription model! But the Flower Club is for the at home flower lover. If you are a local business and you are interested in fresh, local flowers delivered to you on a weekly basis, please fill out our form here.
Can I combine 2 seasons of shares?
You bet! If you are looking to have 8 weeks of flowers (Spring and Fall) you can order our Spring/Fall Combo share at a discounted price!
