Once you complete your purchase, within 24 hours we will send you a personalized PDF (8.5”x11”) for you to print up and give to your gift recipient. Each PDF will be personalized for them with their name, exclusive code, the website to order from as well as which membership was purchased. We ask that you let your recipient know to redeem asap, so that we have their information in our system when we send out Flower Club updates. If they have not redeemed their gift 3 weeks prior to the season starting, we will reach out to you for assistance.
