Workshop Terms & Conditions - Self Hosted
Phlora is unable to host events at their location at this time. Workshop locations will need to be arranged by the host before finalizing workshop details. Phlora does max 2 events per month July - September and requires advanced notice for scheduling. Workshops can be held Tuesday - Friday after 6pm, and Saturday - Monday after 2pm.

Types of Workshops Offered
Flower Bouquet Class/Bouquet Bar - 90 minutes
$40/person (includes glass vase)
5 people minimum/15 people maximum
Requires 6 weeks notice
Centerpiece Arranging Class - 120 minutes
$60/person (includes ceramic compote vessel)
5 people minimum/10 people maximum
Requires 7-8 weeks notice
PAYMENT TERMS
The person who inquires about the workshop will be invoiced 6 weeks prior to the event (or immediately if the contract is signed less than 6 weeks prior to the event date). Team building events are non-refundable. A minimum of 5 attendees for team building events, and max of 10 for centerpiece class and 15 for bouquet class. Invoices are due upon receipt. If you would like to add additional attendees after initial invoice and payment, Phlora will send an additional invoice for attendees. Phlora will not refund any money if attendees decide to drop out or no show on the day of event. If you are unable to have the event for unforeseen circumstances, Phlora will allow you to reschedule for another day within that season, if available. No refunds will be allowed. A travel fee of $25-$50 (depending on location) will be added to your invoice for events outside of 15 miles of 97124.
