Our shop is currently password protected while we load up inventory for the sale, but click the button below to access a PDF version of the varieties we are offering this season. You will receive an email right before the sale opens at 8am on 2/28/26 with a password.

Note that varieties can be removed if there are issues in storage prior to the sale. Shop opens on February 28th at 8am PT for our waitlist members.

If you happen to somehow magically bypass the password (it has happened) and order during password period, your order will be cancelled and refunded. An email will go out right before access opens with the website password.

Shipping Costs - This year, we are doing tiered shipping based on the number of tubers you order. We ONLY ship USPS Priority Mail in flat rate boxes. USPS recently raised its costs, so the amount listed is the new USPS cost + handling fees. Shipping will be automatically applied at checkout depending on how many tubers you purchase. Please note that 5 tuber bulk packs will count as 5 tubers in your shipping tier, if purchased.

1-4 tubers - $12.00

5-15 tubers - $21.00

16+ tubers - $28.00

We ship throughout the United States (sorry, we can not ship to Hawaii). Orders will ship starting late March by growing zones, through April/May. We will not ship early for any reason. Tubers will be individually packed in wood shavings and labeled. 

Combined Shipping - If you place multiple orders, we will refund you the difference at the time of shipping, starting in March, less a $2 admin fee. Ex: you order 3 tubers and pay $12 shipping. You come back and order one more tuber, and pay another $12 shipping. Since you were within the 4 tuber threshold, we will refund you $10 at the time of shipping ($12 + $12 - $2). Please note that once your order has been marked shipped and a label has been created (generally 3-5 business days before its handed off to USPS), we can not process any refunds. Any combined orders placed after your order ships, shipping charges are non refundable. You will receive an email when your order has been marked shipped with a tracking number.

Shipping Delays or Lost packages: Once items leave our farm, we have no control on how long the shipping service might take or if they lose a package once it leaves our care. In the case of a lost package, please reach out to USPS for help. 

Local Pickup: Local pickup at our flower stand, Poppy, will be on Sunday, April 26th, from 11am - 2pm ONLY. Orders not picked up on this date will be invoiced for shipping. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours, or your order will be cancelled and refunded. An email will be sent to you closer to the pick up date with details.

Payment - We accept all major credit cards, as well as Google Pay. When choosing Google Pay, please make sure you select shipping or local pickup in the pop-up. If you choose local pickup and you are outside of our local area, we will cancel your order and refund your money. Sorry, we are unable to accept Apple Pay as it causes issues with local pick-up options.

Limits: We are limiting certain varieties to ensure more people can grow some of the rarer dahlias! This means a limit PER household, not per person. If we suspect that you are using family members, friends, or other means to get around this limit, all your orders will be subject to cancellation and a full refund.

Refunds/Cancellations: Our tubers are stored in a temperature and humidity-controlled cooler. If, for some reason, we have storage issues with any of the tubers in your order prior to shipping, we will refund the cost of the tubers. Shipping costs will be refunded if we are not shipping any tubers to you OR if your number of tubers moves down a shipping tier. If you have any issues with your tubers once they arrive, inspect them immediately upon delivery of the order and contact us at hello@phloraflowerfarm.com within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days, all sales are final. Please read our terms of service regarding any refunds.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify an order.
